Position Overview:
As a Lead Cost Estimator, you will oversee the financial management of our tailored construction initiatives, which typically involve multiple units. Your role will encompass budget management, cost oversight, and contract management. You will collaborate closely with our project teams and clients to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the financial aspects of construction projects, focusing on budget management, cost oversight, and contract management.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, including forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess progress and identify potential financial risks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and contractors.
  • Identify and address financial risks and opportunities.
  • Work in conjunction with project managers and site teams to ensure timely project delivery, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a quantity surveying capacity.
  • A proven history of managing financial aspects of residential construction projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant construction software.
