Engineering Supervisor - Operations Manager

Invictus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor - Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a commercial building in central Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and take on a challenging role.

About the Role
  • Manage a team of 4 engineers, working Monday to Friday, and oversee your own workload.
  • Primary function: manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and Breakdowns via the CAFM system.
  • Support the management team with delivery of non-contractual works.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met and all paperwork is completed to the highest standards.
  • Manage reactive maintenance in accordance with the contract.
  • Oversee minor improvements and attend client meetings.
  • Manage contractors and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified to a recognized Electrical Engineering standard (HNC, HNC C&G).
  • Previous experience of supervising and running a commercial building.
  • Previous experience of planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Experience working in a building services environment.
