We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Midday Supervisor / School Lunchtime Assistant. As a key member of our school community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our students during lunchtime.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise students during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Encourage positive behavior and engagement among students, promoting a happy and supportive atmosphere.
- Handle any incidents or injuries that may occur during lunchtime, following our school's policy and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure effective lunchtime supervision.
- Ability to work as part of a team and form good relationships with colleagues and students.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students in a positive and supportive manner.
- Knowledge of first aid and the ability to respond to emergencies.
- Ability to stay calm and patient when dealing with challenging situations.
