- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Prior experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably within a clubhouse or hotel setting.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, members, and guests.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including ordering, inventory management, and cost control.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
