  • Maintain a clean and organized clubhouse, adhering to high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Support the Clubhouse Manager in planning and executing special events and promotions, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for members and guests.
  • Address member and guest concerns, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner, and escalating to the Clubhouse Manager as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably within a clubhouse or hotel setting.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, members, and guests.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including ordering, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Passion for providing exceptional service and creating a positive guest experience.
