Key Qualifications:

  • A comprehensive grasp of stock exchange regulations, the Swedish Corporate Governance Code, and the self-regulatory framework for publicly listed entities.
  • Prior experience in capital markets law and public company regulations will be advantageous.
  • The ideal candidate must be capable of working independently, showcasing strong analytical skills, and exercising sound judgment.
  • This position will involve addressing sensitive matters and adhering to strict deadlines.
  • The successful applicant should be adept at managing multiple priorities and effectively organizing their workload.

Core Responsibilities:

  • This role encompasses working on Swedish corporate law, focusing on aspects such as corporate governance, incentive structures, ongoing and periodic disclosures, annual reports, and general meetings.
  • The chosen candidate will report directly to the Head of Corporate and Finance Legal Affairs and will have ample opportunities to interact with senior stakeholders at the executive and board levels.
  • Collaboration with various departments, including the Board Secretariat, Finance, and Human Resources, will be a vital component of this role.
