About the Company: Our client is a well-established and reputable manufacturing business with a strong presence in the industry. They have invested heavily in recent years and are now seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join their team.

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Electrician to work on dayshift only. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining plant equipment, providing support to the production team, and carrying out electrical PMs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Provide technical support to the production team as needed
  • Carry out electrical PMs to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Perform work that meets electrical codes and standards
  • Write detailed accounts of shift issues and communicate with oncoming shifts

Requirements:

  • Experience with PLCs is highly desirable
  • Ability to read and modify electrical drawings
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
