About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Archive Producer to join our team at Future Publishing. As a key member of our content production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the video production across our 'archive' content and series, delivering high-quality, creative ways of reusing past content for new distribution across all of our channels and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee video production across our 'archive' content and series
  • Develop and implement creative strategies for reusing past content
  • Manage the producer/editor and work with horizontal stakeholders (pre and post-production services)
  • Deliver high-quality content that meets our brand standards
  • Work closely with the Executive Producer to develop and implement a successful content strategy
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Snapchat, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Experience with end-to-end editing of short-form video packages in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Editorial understanding of what works for a targeted audience
  • Reliable knowledge of compliance and duty of care protocols
  • Management skills, including managing 'talent' and roles
  • Experience working across multiple series brands at once
  • Ability to work as part of a broader senior management team and support the goals of others
