  3. Prioritize projects in the technical product roadmap and coordinate effectively between the engineering, product management teams, and external stakeholders.
  4. Work with business intelligence teams to provide supporting data analysis for new features and incremental improvements, understanding how product changes might impact key metrics and the game's player base.
  5. Work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
  6. Understand, research, and follow technical trends in the industry.
  7. Coordinate customer research, beta tests, and management of player feedback.

  10. Work with product development teams to ensure features and updates are implemented with the optimal user experience and in compliance with external platform holders.

Requirements:

  1. Experience working as a Product Manager focusing on the technical aspects of a product.
  2. A strong technical understanding, either having previously worked in a technical role or through technical training.
  3. Demonstrable expertise in integrating data-driven methods into product management and team decisions.
  4. Proven experience in building and sustaining cross-functional relationships.
  5. A player-centric mindset, with a commitment to enhancing the gaming experience based on user feedback/data and an understanding of how to interact with both developers and the community to improve the game.
  6. Experience working with game tooling and server infrastructure is highly desired, but not a pre-requisite.

What We Offer:

We offer a generous Perks & Benefits package, including private healthcare, minimum 6% pension contributions, employee assistance programme, life insurance, discretionary annual performance bonus, enhanced family leave policies, flexible working hours, and 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays & the option to buy/sell holidays.
