Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at Lookers Buckinghamshire Land Rover. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with our sales team to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the parts department with daily duties, including receiving and processing orders, managing stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Complete vehicle health checks for the workshop, ensuring that all vehicles are properly inspected and maintained.
- Ensure that all items are correctly located and stock control is maintained, minimizing errors and delays.
- Receive and process customer orders, ensuring that all returns are up to date and accurate.
- Answer customer calls and provide excellent customer care, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Practical knowledge of computer systems and software, including inventory management and customer relationship management tools.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
