An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a dedicated and passionate nursing professional to join the innovative team within the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratories at NHS Scotland.

The Cardiac Cath Lab comprises multiple operational units and associated care areas. This department is known for its fast-paced, challenging, and fulfilling environment, where healthcare professionals engage with patients undergoing a variety of cardiac procedures, including coronary interventions, structural heart treatments, and electrophysiological studies. Additionally, we provide critical care for patients experiencing acute coronary events, offering invaluable experience in managing complex clinical situations and fostering both professional and personal growth.

This role requires outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a high-energy team. A commitment to continuous personal and professional development is essential, along with the flexibility to meet the diverse needs of patients in the Cath Lab.

Successful applicants will have varied working hours and will participate in the on-call rotation after completing the necessary training.

There will also be opportunities to engage with the Interventional Cardiology Department across various care settings.
