Key Responsibilities- Lead Campaigns: Develop and execute comprehensive digital PR campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met, KPIs are hit, and budgets are adhered to.
- Develop Outreach Strategies: Create and pitch PR concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, identifying data sources, key angles, and media targets.
- Brief and Manage Team Members: Brief team members on campaign elements, working to an agreed roadmap and timings for campaign execution.
- Set Media Strategy: Review media lists for targeted outreach and set media strategy to achieve campaign goals.
- Review and Offer Feedback: Review press releases and written content, offering constructive feedback to support the development of other team members.
- Communicate with Clients: Communicate campaign progress to clients, offering consultancy on calls and through written communications.
- Report on Results: Report on campaign results, successes, and learnings in collaboration with other service lines.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in a Digital PR Manager role, delivering successful PR campaigns and achieving targeted results.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, collaborating with journalists, clients, and a flair for press release writing.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and creatively, leading by example and providing ongoing support to the wider team.
- Time Management: Proven time-management and organisational skills, with a solid understanding of creative and reactive link-earning campaigns.
- SEO and Analytics: Good awareness of SEO and analytics, including how they can be utilised for digital PR opportunities.
