Job Title: HSE Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Manager to join our team at The HSE Recruitment Network. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to our clients in the manufacturing, agricultural, and engineering sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor and assess health and safety performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a culture of health and safety excellence.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on health and safety best practices and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Certificate or Diploma in Health and Safety.
  • Proven experience in a health and safety management role, preferably in a manufacturing, agricultural, or engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards, including ISO 14001.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
