The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Store Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day running of our country store, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and that the store is stocked and tidy.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a flexible approach to work. They will also be able to drive or commute to our country store location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the running of the country store, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and that the store is stocked and tidy.
  • Support and contribute to the effective operation of the business as a member of the branch team.
  • Actively promote and drive the sales of all products, with the aim of maximising profitability.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to customers, both internal and external.
  • Assist the branch in ensuring that daily routine tasks are completed, and adopt flexibility to ensure other duties are completed in a timely manner.
