About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative to join our team at GRAHAM Group. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, suction cleaning, mopping, and polishing, using appropriate equipment.
  • Remove stains and spills from soft floor surfaces, including carpets and matting, using the correct cleaning methods.
  • Dispose of waste and recyclables in a responsible manner.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, polishing, and replenishing toiletries in toilet and shower areas.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and reports.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as required by the Facilities Manager to ensure the effective delivery of the contract.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities maintenance role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
