Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef Manager to join our team at One Retail. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our food service operations, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
  • Oversee the inventory management of all food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement new menu concepts and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote our food service offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
