Job Description:

Recruit UK is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join a successful financial services company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and a passion for financial planning. As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the financial advisers and assisting with the preparation of client reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submitting new business applications
  • Organizing letters of authority and other client documents
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments with clients and product providers
  • Preparing review packs and other client materials
  • Liaising with clients and product providers to ensure seamless communication

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of financial planning principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
