Job Summary

The Recruitment Co. is seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team in a leading steel fabrication company. As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for welding mild steel plates of varying thicknesses, from 1.2mm to 30mm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • MIG welding of mild steel plates
  • Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Collaborating with other team members to meet production targets
  • Ensuring high-quality welds and adhering to safety protocols
Work Schedule:

The shifts for this role are either 6am-4pm or 4pm-2am, Monday-Thursday. You will be required to work a rotating shift pattern to meet the needs of the business.

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay rate for this role starts at £13.47 per hour, increasing to £14.47 once you become permanent. Overtime is paid at a premium rate, with three different rates applying depending on the number of hours worked.
