Your Mission

As a Sub Agent, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of our renewable energy projects. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Setting a high standard for health, safety, and environmental practices by ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Managing, supervising, and mentoring engineering teams to ensure exceptional project delivery and accurate record-keeping.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with our team members and supply chain partners.
  • Promoting cost-consciousness through efficient resource utilization.
  • Supporting the Agent in managing costs, developing project schedules, and preparing quality documentation.
  • Collaborating with commercial staff to ensure timely and accurate record-keeping for measurement and payment purposes.
  • Embracing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies to meet project requirements.
  • Communicating effectively with foremen to ensure adequate work preparation and resource availability.
  • Assisting the Agent in procuring materials, sub-contracts, and plant within required timelines.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and development discussions with subordinate staff.
  • Advising the Agent on potential commercial or contractual liabilities.
Who We Are Looking For

We seek individuals who possess:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Sub Agent with a reputable civil engineering contractor.
  • A degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Engineering.
