The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the site from pre-start to completion, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, to the client's satisfaction and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the site from pre-start to completion, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Oversee and manage the site team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to complete the project.
  • Ensure that the project is delivered in compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Manage and mitigate any risks that may impact the project.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing retail store construction and/or other commercial retail spaces.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within the wider project team.
  • Hold SMSTS, First Aid, and be ideally trade qualified/background.
