Job Summary:

The Assessment Security Lead will oversee the entire assessment process from a security perspective, ensuring that all assessments are conducted in a secure and fair manner. This role involves developing and implementing security policies, monitoring exam procedures, conducting investigations into security breaches, and coordinating with various stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of test security and integrity of our examination processes.

  • Training and Awareness
  • Monitoring and Reporting

We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office. We are committed to supporting diversity in our workforce and ensuring an inclusive environment where all individuals can thrive.

Requirements:
  • Expertise in a security management role, preferably within an educational or assessment context.
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of test security best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in using security tools and technologies.
  • Certification in security management is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including 25 days' holiday that rises with service, plus bank holidays and Christmas closure (3-days) and a 35-hour working week. We also have a great variety of active employee networks and societies.
