We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our team in Care Direct Plus North, Barnstaple. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to adults with a wide range of disabilities and health conditions across North Devon.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct clinical assessments and develop person-centred care plans to promote independence and safety.
- Work closely with other agencies to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
- Hold and manage a caseload, providing a person-centred service through clinical assessment and intervention.
- Develop and maintain skills in moving and handling and optimising care, working alongside our Moving and Handling Review Specialist Occupational Therapist.
- Excellent opportunities for career development and continuous professional development.
- Regular supervision, appraisal, and peer support to ensure you excel in your role.
- 26 days annual leave, rising to 31 days after 5 years service, plus Bank Holidays.
- Recognition of NHS continuous service for contractual annual leave purposes.

- Relocation support of up to £10,000, subject to qualifying conditions, and visa sponsorship may be offered as part of the relocation package.
