This is a hybrid position, allowing for 2 days of remote work and 2 days in the office.

Compensation:
The role offers a competitive salary of £33,094 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.

Flexible Work Options:

Working Hours:
  • Monday to Thursday:
  • 2 late shifts: 10am - 7pm
  • 2 early shifts: 8am - 5pm
  • Occasional Saturday work and additional hours at month-end as required.

Role Summary:
Our Collections Team is committed to assisting clients during challenging financial situations. We are looking for a proficient Collections Advisor to manage overdue accounts, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives while prioritizing customer welfare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts that are significantly overdue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients.
  • Establish payment arrangements and offer customized support as needed.
  • Engage exclusively with our clientele, developing comprehensive relationships that extend beyond basic financial assessments.
  • Uphold high standards of service, taking responsibility for your performance while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in collections within consumer finance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in litigation related to collections.
  • A successful history of managing customer accounts.
  • Entitlement to up to 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays.
