About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join our team at Future Select Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking various asbestos-related tasks, including management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys, as well as 4-stage clearances, personal, background, leak, and reassurance air monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake asbestos surveys and clearances at various client sites, including commercial and industrial locations.
  • Produce thorough technical reports for clients, ensuring compliance with UKAS guidelines.
  • Oversee projects on-site, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor and/or Analyst for a well-established organization.
  • Excellent industry technical knowledge, including UKAS guidelines.
  • Hold the P402, P403, P404 BOHS qualification (or RSPH equivalent).
  • Strong IT skills and written ability.
  • Professional and hardworking attitude.
