Logistics Operations Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to lead our supply chain operations. This position involves providing strategic direction and leadership to ensure our team operates in a safe, engaged, and fully developed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the established supply chain strategy to meet financial performance targets while enhancing the functional capabilities necessary for achieving strategic business goals.
- Recognize and adapt to new or evolving legal and customer-driven audit requirements, formulating plans to ensure compliance and securing necessary resources to enhance systems and processes.
- Oversee the implementation of forecasting, planning, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution processes to meet customer service expectations efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Manage the Sales and Operations Planning process to ensure adequate production capacity, inventory of finished goods and raw materials, and workforce availability to fulfill customer orders at optimal costs.
- Serve as the supply chain representative in cross-functional and customer projects, ensuring collaborative efforts lead to successful implementations and continuous service enhancements.
