Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Automation Specialist to work with our clients to understand their needs and requirements. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and recommendations to enhance and optimize templates, maintain client templates, and collaborate with other internal teams to ensure long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand their document automation needs and provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Enhance and optimize templates to meet client requirements.
  • Maintain client templates and ensure they are up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure long-term client success.
  • Have at least 2 years' document automation experience.
  • Be comfortable working with various stakeholders, including clients.
  • Have meticulous attention to detail.
  • Be highly organized and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
