About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced International Tax Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax, a leading financial services firm. As a key member of our tax team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on Pillar II matters and supporting corporate and international tax issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise on Pillar II matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Support corporate and international tax issues, including tax planning, compliance, and risk management.
  • Oversee tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and legal, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • CTA/ACA qualification
  • Strong background in international tax within the financial services sector, with expertise in Pillar II
  • Experience in corporate tax accounting and indirect taxes is a plus
  • Previous experience in team management
  • Must have permanent right to work in the UK
