The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day running of our gym. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assuming the responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence and helping to drive the commercial performance of the business.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the gym, ensuring a high level of customer service and a safe and clean environment for members.
  • Assume the responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence, including managing the gym's finances, staff, and facilities.
  • Help to drive the commercial performance of the business, including sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement business strategies and plans.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, helping them to achieve their goals and objectives.
