We are seeking a dedicated Payroll and Finance Administrator to join our team.
Your Responsibilities:- Process weekly and monthly payroll accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the payroll processing system by gathering, calculating, and inputting employee data.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure employee information is correctly loaded into the Priory Payroll System and all necessary amendments are completed before payroll deadlines.
- Work closely with Ward Managers to ensure permanent employees are rostered a minimum of 8-12 weeks in advance, including appropriate planning for holidays and training.
- Coordinate leave requests and other absences effectively.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of local financial controls related to payroll to minimize financial risk by implementing established procedures and policies.
- Provide clear and concise answers to employee queries regarding payroll, referring complex issues to the appropriate level or manager.
- Manage internal inquiries from Divisional Finance.
- Maintain accurate documentation for financial audits by ensuring key documents are readily accessible.
- Handle invoice processing and other finance-related tasks.
- Review and approve invoices for payment.
- Manage Petty Cash and patient finances responsibly.
