• Product Development: Launch new products and product improvements on time, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
• Research and Development: Conduct experiments to understand how weather conditions, agriculture, and pests affect product quality and customer outcomes.
• Data Collection: Collect and log rainfall and soil temperature data to inform product development and customer service.
• Herbicide Efficacy: Understand the efficacy of herbicides in different regions and weather conditions.
• Botany and Pest Control: Stay up-to-date with the latest knowledge on botany, pest control, and weather conditions to inform product development and customer service.
• Lawn Disease Identification: Identify lawn diseases and provide advice on how to treat them effectively.
• Customer Support: Respond to customer enquiries regarding treatments and provide expert advice.
• Health and Safety: Collaborate with the health and safety team to ensure that all necessary training is provided, including safe handling of products and personal protective equipment.
• Trials and Testing: Conduct comprehensive trials of new products, equipment, and delivery methods to inform business decisions.
• Method Statements: Write and update method statements detailing how to use our products and equipment, for inclusion in the Operations Manual.
