Magnus James, a specialist recruiter for the property industry, is seeking a well-presented and customer service-driven Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join their team in a well-respected independent agent office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers on a daily basis, managing their enquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Utilize the company's system to book viewings and maintain accurate customer records.
- Conduct accompanied viewings with clients, identifying their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate and agree buyer offers, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- Maintain and manage administrative records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in estate agency is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent IT skills.
- Well-spoken and well-presented, with excellent organisational skills and punctuality.
Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of £22k - £28k.
- Monday - Friday working hours.
