Job Title: Band 7 Formulary Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled Formulary Pharmacist to join our client in Milton Keynes. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of quality medicines optimisation and value for money through scrutiny of drug formulary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the delivery of quality medicines optimisation and value for money through scrutiny of drug formulary.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacist.
  • Previous hospital experience.
