Job Summary:

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team at their factory in Beckton, London. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all manufacturing and packaging machinery in the state-of-the-art factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks on industrial equipment
  • Conduct multi-skilled maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and performance
  • Monitor and report on equipment performance and maintenance activities

Requirements:

  • Relevant engineering qualification (HND, HNC, Degree, NVQ level 3 etc.)
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills
  • Ability to work a panama Days and Nights shift pattern
