About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Recruitment: Collaborate with the HR Business Partners to ensure a positive candidate experience across our homes.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations queries, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Absence Management: Assist with absence management, including Occupational Health referrals and absence tracking.
  • Apprenticeship Management: Oversee the apprenticeship process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • HR Projects: Support the HR team on specific projects, contributing to the development of HR initiatives.
  • HR Data Analysis: Collect and analyze HR data, providing insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
  • Knowledge: A good understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Education: A relevant degree in HR or a related field.
