About Bigblue UK
Bigblue UK is a leading provider of integrated workplace solutions, specializing in office design and build and furniture. We are seeking a skilled Head of Pre-Con to join our team in London and help deliver projects up to circa £3m.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: The Head of Pre-Con will lead a small team to develop a comprehensive project plan, including project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Cost Estimating: The Pre-Construction Manager will prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, ensuring that all costs are accurately accounted for.
- Procurement: They will work with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment required for the project, ensuring that all procurement is done within budget and timeline constraints.
- Risk Management: They will identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues that may arise during the construction phase.
The Role
The Head of Pre-Con will be responsible for managing the Pre-Contract process and estimating on projects. This is a key role within our company, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and contribute to the growth and success of Bigblue UK.
What We Offer
