Location: Newcastle Under Lyme

Role Overview:

KPI Recruiting Ltd is on the lookout for a seasoned and results-oriented International Sales Executive to become a vital part of our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in global sales and demonstrate expertise in cultivating and managing relationships with distributors and clients across diverse international markets. This position entails strategic planning, market growth, and meeting sales objectives while playing a key role in the company's overall expansion. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Sales Manager and Commercial Director to drive sales and strategy across various niche global sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business avenues in international markets to enhance the company's presence.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue goals and growth targets in designated regions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture robust relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Deliver outstanding customer service and support.
  • Negotiation Skills: Oversee negotiations and finalize agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
  • Market Research: Perform market research and analysis to grasp market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer requirements. Utilize insights to guide sales strategies.
  • Travel Requirements: Manage and undertake international travel as necessary (Anticipate up to 40% travel within the role and local commuting to our Stoke-on-Trent offices when not traveling)
