Project Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at HSB Technical. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on ship repair and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multi-discipline ship repair team to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Engineering qualification to HNC/HND/Degree level or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on ship repair and maintenance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD.
