Job Summary

Brandon James is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join their team and lead the delivery of design solutions to educational and commercial clients. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for managing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage the construction process for a variety of projects, including educational and commercial developments.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Supervise and mentor junior project managers and team members to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure long-term business growth.

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualification in project management, construction management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a construction consultancy or similar industry.
  • MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) certification is desirable.
  • Experience in managing design solutions and working on education projects is highly desirable.
