Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at a Luxury Pan Asian Restaurant in Essex, London. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff, managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage staff performance and provide coaching and training as needed

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Professional experience in a restaurant management role, or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in a similar business environment
  • Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
