About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Dispenser. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the delivery of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in all branch processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for our customers.
  • Build positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services, including dispensing medication and providing health advice.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis.
Requirements
  • NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course.
  • Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification.
  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment, with a strong understanding of confidentiality and the ability to handle medications accurately.

Total Working Hours: 19.5hrs
Working Pattern: Thursday 9-6pm Friday 9-6pm Alternate Saturdays 9-5pm
