We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Frasers Group. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and maintain a strong product knowledge, providing recommendations and advice to customers to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are presented in a visually appealing and easy-to-shop environment.
  • Process cash transactions and operate the point of sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
  • Restock shelves and ensure that products are replenished in a timely manner.
  • Support the team in achieving store targets and promotions, working collaboratively to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Passion for sports, fashion, and fitness.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus, but not essential.
