Position Overview

Application Support Specialist

Working Hours: 9-5, Monday – Friday

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Role Objective

This position involves collaborating closely with various teams to facilitate the seamless progression of Home Finance applications throughout the customer journey. The primary responsibility is to assist applications during the offer phase, particularly focusing on the completions process to ensure efficiency and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage post-offer applications with comprehensive case ownership to ensure favorable outcomes for brokers and customers.
  • Evaluate and process applications in accordance with Credit Policy and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) guidelines.
  • Contribute to the Bank's commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Handle cases efficiently by adhering to established processes and policies.
  • Effectively manage post-offer communication through telephony, ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee all completion-related verifications prior to the release of funds.
  • Assist in managing Completions workflows and ensure responses are provided within agreed Service Level Agreements.
  • Serve as the main contact for external solicitors, ensuring timely exchange of necessary information and documentation.
  • Support the preparation and signing of essential land registry documents weekly for distribution to solicitors.
  • Perform any additional duties appropriate to the role, for which the individual possesses the requisite experience and training.
