Welfare Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Welfare Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Welfare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a Primary School setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children with SEN to ensure they receive the best possible education and care.
  • Assist teachers in developing strategies to meet the individual needs of SEN students.
  • Provide personal care to students when required.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with SEN.
  • Ability to provide emotional support and care to students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
