Financial Systems Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Accountant to join our dynamic team at AJ Bell Management Limited. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the finance team to build out the reporting structure and dashboard structure, including management reporting and year-end reports;
- Design and implement internal system controls to safeguard financial data integrity;
- Act as the Superuser for our finance systems, overseeing system changes, integrations, and automation enhancements;
- Maintain and evolve our Chart of Accounts to support evolving business needs;
- Provide training and support to colleagues to enhance their proficiency in using Oracle and other systems;
- Support the annual external audit process, particularly IT General Controls for Finance.
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 3 years minimum post-qualified experience;
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite is desirable, but not essential;
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including modelling capabilities;
- Solid understanding of finance data, systems, and processes.
- Starting salary of up to £55,000 (DOE);
