Job Summary:
Savills Management Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the night duty manager in running the night operation, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and take a hands-on approach to the mall, basement, car park, and centre security operation.
- Provide guidance, training, and supervision to the security team.
- Work with management to ensure operational cover and manage rosters on a day-to-day basis.
- Keep up to date with the terror threat level and intelligence provided by Savills security team, and keep the security team informed of all information, issues, and incidents through regular team briefs.
- Hold regular meetings with the management team.
- Be fully conversant with all procedures and policies, ensuring that site assignment instructions are followed and adhered to.
- Ensure that the centre security operation is operationally compliant and in line with security regulations and risk assessments.
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene around the premises.
- Lead, develop, and retrain staff to deliver quality services in the most efficient and effective manner, achieving a "One Team" approach within the business.
- Ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are followed as per company policies and procedures, including accident reporting/investigation, delivery of toolbox talks, PPE checks, and maintenance of statutory and non-statutory records.
- Ensure that all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly in line with manufacturer and company procedures, and that COSHH regulations are followed.
Requirements:
- Valid SIA Licence required.
- Experience in the provision of cleaning/security services in a busy environment visited by members of the public (not essential as training will be given).
- Body fluids trained (training will be given).
- Willingness to partake in further on-site training.
- Flexible working approach to work patterns.
- Driving Licence (not essential).
- CCTV license or the ability to work towards obtaining one.
