About the Role

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lounge Host at Upperdeck Glasgow airport. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and serving food and beverages to our customers, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lounge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our customers
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lounge
  • Assist with food preparations and loading service counters
  • Ensure that the lounge seating area is clean and tidy
  • Provide an efficient and friendly service to our customers

Requirements

  • Front of house and customer-facing experience
  • An element of food experience
  • Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
