About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enabling Support Worker to join our team at Livability. As an Enabling Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and encouragement to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support and encouragement to individuals, taking direction from their support plans and the people they support.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, in line with service requirements.
- Administer personal care and medication, as required.
- Cover sleep-in sessions, with an additional £60 payment.
