About the Role:
The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and undertaking all mechanical works, supervising and managing mechanical sub-contractors, and assessing the quality of work delivered by the client's labor and its sub-contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to and working with the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery.
- Supervising and undertaking all Mechanical works, including industrial and commercial building services.
- Managing and supervising mechanical sub-contractors to ensure high-quality work.
- Assessing the quality of work delivered by the client's labor and its sub-contractors.
- Collaborating with the Quality Manager to ensure QA sign-offs are completed efficiently.
- Attending daily meetings with management and other trades to discuss project progress.
- Managing productivity and pushing the project towards completion.
Requirements:
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
- Previous experience in industrial and commercial building services.
- Mechanical trade or engineering qualification.
- At least 10 years' experience working for Mechanical Contractors.
- Experience in commercial and residential projects.
