About the Role:

The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and undertaking all mechanical works, supervising and managing mechanical sub-contractors, and assessing the quality of work delivered by the client's labor and its sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reporting to and working with the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Supervising and undertaking all Mechanical works, including industrial and commercial building services.
  3. Managing and supervising mechanical sub-contractors to ensure high-quality work.
  4. Assessing the quality of work delivered by the client's labor and its sub-contractors.
  5. Collaborating with the Quality Manager to ensure QA sign-offs are completed efficiently.
  6. Attending daily meetings with management and other trades to discuss project progress.
  7. Managing productivity and pushing the project towards completion.

Requirements:

  1. SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
  2. Previous experience in industrial and commercial building services.
  3. Mechanical trade or engineering qualification.
  4. At least 10 years' experience working for Mechanical Contractors.
  5. Experience in commercial and residential projects.
