Willmott Dixon Group is pleased to announce a new opportunity for a Proposals Coordinator to join our Construction Midlands team on a fixed-term maternity cover.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist with initial tender submissions, ensuring the creation of high-quality proposals that impress our clients. Our strong success rate means that your contributions will frequently translate into active projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Bid Writing: You will take ownership of specific responses, ensuring clarity and persuasiveness in all written content.
  • Collaboration: You will coordinate with other contributors, providing guidance and feedback to enhance the overall quality of submissions.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and assess the contributions of team members, offering constructive feedback and making necessary adjustments.

This position is based in our Central Birmingham office, with the flexibility to work remotely at least two days a week.

Enhancing Bid Quality:

Skills Required:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a background in English Literature (A Level/Degree) and experience in writing and editing.
