About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Café Chef to join our team in Sandwich, Kent. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of traditional meals to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a range of breakfast and lunch dishes, including sandwiches, salads, and hot meals.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
  • Manage inventory and minimize waste to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Participate in menu development and innovation to ensure a diverse and appealing range of options for our customers.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Chef in a similar environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for food and commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene certificate.
