Job Title: Senior IT Consultant

Location: Dungannon (Full-time in office)

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

Job Summary:

As a key member of the VanRath team, we are seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee the organization's IT infrastructure and ensure alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex projects, providing strategic IT guidance, and ensuring system performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy and Planning: Develop IT strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring the organization's IT infrastructure is optimized for growth and success.
• Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize IT systems, ensuring availability and disaster recovery, and ensuring the organization's IT infrastructure is secure and compliant with industry standards.
• Project Management: Lead IT projects, managing scope, timelines, and risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the IT team, providing technical guidance and support, and ensuring the team is equipped to deliver high-quality IT services.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage vendor contracts and collaborate with stakeholders to meet IT needs, ensuring the organization's IT infrastructure is aligned with business objectives.
• Support and Troubleshooting: Oversee IT support and ensure timely issue resolution, ensuring the organization's IT infrastructure is available and performing optimally.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience: 7+ years in IT, with 3+ years in leadership, and a proven track record of delivering IT projects and leading IT teams.
• Skills: Strong in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and team management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
